Return Window

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used chemicals and consumables
• Items damaged through misuse or normal wear
• Clearance or final-sale items marked as such

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, typically within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
