Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary by product and destination. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout before you pay. Larger equipment items may take longer than chemicals or accessories.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information where available. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days, contact us and we will look into it.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States. Some oversized or hazardous items may have shipping restrictions to certain locations.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us with your order number and photos where relevant. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
